I was given a brief for the homepage and its content. I rewrote parts of the copy (with the help of ChatGPT) to make sure it looked great on the page while keeping the core message intact. I also created the content for the service pages and built them out based on my own design judgment, which the client was very pleased with.
This site was built entirely from scratch without using a template. One of the more challenging aspects was implementing the cost calculator, which I built with a plug-in. Since math isn’t my strongest area, I relied on the plug-in’s AI functionality to handle the complex calculations effectively.
In addition, I created 40 location pages with SERPs for local SEO, and I implemented templates and global sections/elements to make it easier for the client to manage and edit content across the site.

The client provided a brief and a branding kit, along with the request to add a large number of pages. Structuring the site was challenging due to its complexity, but I built out all the pages from scratch and ensured the design aligned with the provided branding. I also created templates for blogs and other pages, along with global sections/elements to make the site easier for the client to edit and maintain.
Although the client later made extensive edits and eventually changed much of the site, I’m proud of this project because it was the first more complex build I took on, and it gave me valuable experience in handling multi-page structures and more advanced site setups.

I initially started with a template from the Divi library. However, once the content was provided, it was much heavier than expected. To improve readability and flow, I adapted the layout to an alternating row style—photo and text, then text and photo—which created a more balanced and engaging user experience.
I also implemented on-page SEO by adding alt text to images, completing Yoast SEO requirements, and setting up internal linking to strengthen site structure and search visibility. Additionally, I set up templates and global sections/elements, ensuring that updates and edits could be done easily by the client later on.
